Forest honey

Forest honey is the most well-known honey rope honey and can both from leaves and from coniferous trees come. This strong dark honey is characterised contrary to the lovely Flower Honey by a harsh-spicy taste. The content of mineral materials and enzymes is usually particularly high. Forest honey contains much fruit sugar and remains for a long time liquid therefore.
